One of the oldest community Durga Pujas in Gurgaon, MVSD shall celebrate its 25th SILVER JUBILEE YEAR in 2015. 

 

MVSD is already a popular destination for thousands of visitors every year, due to its proximity to MG Road Metro Station and the popular Malls on M.G.Road (just 300 Metres from Puja Venue). 

 

To coincide with the Silver Jubilee celebrations, MVSD aims to bring you a flavor of KOLKATA ~ A THEME PUJA like those seen at some of the famous iconic Pujas there~ something never before seen in Gurgaon & even Delhi-NCR !! This Year’s Theme : “INDIA- LET HER LIVE: Save The Girl Child” shall highlight the paradox of an India where a female Goddess is worshipped as an incarnation of “Shakti”,while the Girl child is “murdered” in the Womb as she is considered to be a family burden ! Although banned by law, Sex determination & female foeticide continues unabated !!
